Are my data private?
Absolutely. Your data is not stored in any way — it is only used to route the email into Notion.
Can anyone send an email into my databases?
Yes — so keep the email addresses generated for you private. Unless you actually want someone outside your organization (customers or providers, for example) to be able to add an item to your databases.
Do I need to pay for Notion to use this?
Nope — all you need is a free Notion account.
It doesn’t find my database :/
It’s likely you selected a page containing a view of the database rather than the database itself. Find the database’s exact name and type it into the Notion selector to connect it.
How does it work?
1) Select the databases you want to use. 2) Send2Notion generates an email address for each one. 3) Send or forward an email to that address — its subject becomes the item name and its body becomes the page.
